Exchange & Returns
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 14 days.
Items that ship with free delivery will have a $10 deduction if returned for initial shipping costs
We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered) !
* Please make sure to contact us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to shipping the item(s) back.
* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
* Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to show up on your statement.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and clearly damaged by client. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sale Items: All sales of discounted items are final. Discounted Items cannot be returned for exchanges, credit, or refunds.
